Getting back into my practice

Getting back into my practice

I just re-started my meditation practice after a (very) long hiatus. It isn’t a new-year-new-me thing, I just felt like I needed some clearer thinking and calmness. The practice I do is for 40 consecutive days and usually takes me 10-20 minutes depending on what I’m thinking about that day.
